Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our technology team and support the delivery of high-quality software across our products.

This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their QA career who is keen to develop their technical testing skills, gain hands-on experience with test automation, and work closely with experienced QA and development team members.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using approved testing tools and frameworks.
  • Work with QA and development team members to understand requirements and contribute to test case creation.
  • Execute automated and manual tests and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Assist in analysing test results and verifying defect fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and QA activities to develop testing knowledge and best practices.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of test automation frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Help keep business and testing documentation up to date with the latest changes in processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project quality objectives.
  • Continuously develop technical and testing skills through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in software testing or QA. Internships and relevant academic projects are also considered.
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.
  • Familiarity with manual testing and test case creation.
  • Basic understanding of test automation and an interest in developing automation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and testing practices.

Previous experience in iGaming, online gaming, or a similar technology environment is considered an advantage.
