We are looking for a Junior QA Specialist to join World Mobile Group in a full-time remote position. You will work closely with our Product and Development teams to test and validate our web and mobile products across new features, updates, bug fixes and releases.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their QA career who wants to develop their skills while working on real-world mobile and digital products used by customers globally. You will be responsible for identifying issues before they reach customers, reproducing and documenting bugs clearly, validating fixes and making sure critical user journeys work reliably across devices and platforms.
You will test experiences including registration and login, eSIM activation, payments, account management, navigation, notifications and other core customer journeys. Day to day, you will create and execute structured test cases, perform regression and smoke testing, document defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, and work directly with Product and Development to help maintain release quality.

Responsibilities
- Test web and mobile products across new features, updates, bug fixes and releases.
- Create and run structured test cases, checklists, regression tests and smoke tests.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify issues outside expected user journeys.
- Identify, reproduce and document bugs with clear steps, screenshots, videos and supporting details.
- Re-test fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Test critical customer journeys including registration, login, payments, account management, navigation and notifications.
- Test across relevant browsers, devices, operating systems and screen sizes.
- Work closely with Product and Development to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate release blockers and high-priority issues clearly and quickly.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional software QA experience.
- Hands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
- Good understanding of functional, regression and smoke testing.
- Ability to write clear test cases and reproducible bug reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize critical issues and work effectively against release deadlines.
- Experience with Jira or a similar issue-tracking platform is an advantage.
- Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to payment flows, e-commerce, telecom or mobile applications is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with automated testing is beneficial but not required.
