We are working with a law firm based in Belfast who are looking for a junior solicitor to join their Real Estate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an excellent Real Estate team in Belfast, advising private individuals, developers, housing associations, investors, and other commercial clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. The team handles high-value property transactions and development projects, with expertise spanning residential property, real estate development, investment, and finance.

The role involves advising on property acquisitions and disposals, new-build and existing residential properties, development and regeneration projects, real estate investment, and property finance matters. The successful candidate will manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion, undertake due diligence and title work, and draft and negotiate property documentation.
Essential Criteria:
- NQ/1 years’ PQE;
- Real estate law background or seat rotation;
- Organisation skills;
- Ability to work in a busy environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player;
- Technically excellent.
