What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company with strong core values of Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service.
As a Junior Technical Recruiter you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring engineering top talents for various positions within Alten. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Recruitment Strategies:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.

Sourcing and Screening:
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

Interviewing:
- Coordinate the recruitment process with candidates, involving relevant team members as necessary.

Managing Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
- Communicate the company's values and culture effectively.

Data Management and Reporting:
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment & eagerness to convince stakeholder.
