Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Agency Management & Contingent Workforce

  • You'll grow into managing external staffing agencies ("contingent hiring") — sounds like a lot at first, but it's very learnable, and we'll support you along the way.
  • Over time, you'll become the go-to person for this topic within the Germany Hub.

Process Improvement & Projects

  • You'll bring your own ideas into improvement initiatives (e.g. in sales recruiting) and learn how to continuously improve recruiting processes.
  • You'll support strategic talent projects and grow together with the company.

Your Profile

  • Some initial exposure to recruiting or HR is a plus (e.g. internship, working student role) — but it's not a requirement. Career changers are very welcome too.
  • You keep a clear overview even when juggling multiple open roles and different stakeholders.
  • Experience with external agencies or contingent workforce is a bonus, not a must — we'll build that know-how together with you.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and genuine enjoyment working with different people define you.
  • Fluent German and English — this is a requirement, as you'll work with international teams and stakeholders.
  • You approach new tasks proactively, think in terms of solutions, and want to keep developing yourself.
