Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Bristol City Centre
We’re working with a growing specialist recruitment business that is looking to hire 4–6 ambitious individuals to join its next 8-week Sales Academy in Bristol.
Whether you’re a recent graduate, have just completed your A Levels, or simply have the personality and drive to succeed in a sales environment, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment.
You don’t need a degree or previous sales experience. What matters is your attitude, ambition, resilience, and ability to build relationships.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be trained to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, developing skills across business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

The Sales Academy
Your first 8 weeks will be focused on structured training and development, delivered alongside an experienced Learning & Development team.
You’ll receive hands-on coaching covering:
- Recruitment fundamentals
- Sales and business development
- Candidate sourcing
- Client relationship management
- Negotiation
- Communication and objection handling
- Building your own recruitment desk
The goal is to give you the foundations to develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

What we're looking for
We’re interested in people who have something about them.
You could be:
- A recent graduate
- An 18-year-old who has completed A Levels
- Someone with previous sales or customer-facing experience
- Someone looking for their first professional career
- Someone who is competitive, driven, and motivated by earning potential
