Recruitment Consultant - Junior

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking to start your recruitment career and you’re commercially minded, enjoy working with people and have a genuine interest in sustainability and the environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates and understanding their needs.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for specialist roles.
- Developing your own candidate network and talent pools.
- Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Writing engaging job adverts and social media content.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial conversation through to offer.
- Working towards clear KPIs and revenue targets, with training and support to help you succeed.

What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of recruitment experience - we’re looking for potential, personality and drive.
You’ll ideally have:
- An interest, qualification or experience in the Environment or Sustainability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition, resilience and a positive attitude.
- A commercial mindset and desire to achieve targets.
- Confidence, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
