You'll be passionate about people, confident communicating with candidates and clients, and eager to learn the recruitment process from the ground up.

What You’ll do!

  • Support experienced consultants with the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, career goals, and aspirations.
  • Source engineering professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and our internal database.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for current and future opportunities.
  • Advertise vacancies and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Arrange interviews and provide regular feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop your understanding of the engineering market and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Learn business development and client management skills, supporting senior consultants in growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.

What You Bring!

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, account management, or another people-focused environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence speaking with candidates and building professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve goals.
  • An interest in engineering, technical recruitment, or the wider recruitment industry.
  • A team-focused approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture.
