InterEx Group is looking for ambitious, competitive sales professionals to join our London team and build a career in technology recruitment. You don’t need recruitment or technology experience. If you know how to sell, enjoy working to targets and are motivated by your own performance, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment at InterEx is a 360° sales role. You’ll learn how to:
- Generate new business and build client relationships
- Prospect and make outbound calls
- Identify and engage candidates
- Build your own network and specialist market
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop long-term client partnerships
- Work towards clear revenue and performance targets

Why Your Sales Experience Matters
The skills you've already developed in sales are highly transferable.
If you're used to prospecting, handling objections, building relationships, working to targets and closing deals, you'll already have many of the foundations needed to succeed in recruitment. We're looking for people who are:
