Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Exeter
No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided

About Us
Proactive Appointments is an established recruitment agency with offices in Exeter and Surrey. We specialise in IT Contract and Permanent Recruitment and have built long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the UK.
Career Path
From day one, you will receive structured training and support from experienced recruiters with a focus on learning the recruitment industry by becoming an expert at identifying and managing candidates. This provides the foundations needed to become a success consultant. As your confidence and knowledge grow, you will progress into client management, developing your own client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full recruitment process.

What You’ll Be Doing Initially
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
- Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations
- Building relationships with new and existing candidates
- Supporting consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey
- Collaborating closely with a dynamic and friendly team
