At The ONE Group, we're looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Recruitment teams. Whether you're a recent graduate or have experience in sales, customer service or another people-focused role, we're interested in attitude over experience.
Recruitment is about much more than matching CVs to jobs. It's about building relationships, understanding businesses, advising clients, and helping people make career-changing decisions.
You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentoring and the opportunity to build your own specialist market while working alongside experienced consultants who genuinely want to help you succeed.

What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Learning how to identify and attract top talent.

- Becoming a specialist within your own market.
