We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join our market-leading Aerospace & Defence - Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) division.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled professionals into aircraft maintenance and engineering positions, including Aircraft Mechanics and Fitters. You'll recruit across both contract and permanent vacancies, with a strong focus on the fast-paced contract market.
You'll support projects across the UK and the Middle East, recruiting into both military and commercial aerospace environments.
Whilst this is primarily a delivery role, you'll also have the opportunity to build one-to-one relationships with clients, join client meetings and develop your commercial skills as your career progresses.
What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential.
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is confident and enjoys speaking with people.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Is willing to work hard and put the effort in to succeed.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has previous office-based experience (preferred but not essential).
