Junior Recruitment Consultant
About LikeMind
Founded in 2018, LikeMind is a specialist recruitment agency focused on Microsoft technologies and emerging AI markets across Germany and Switzerland.
About the Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work directly with the founders of the business, supporting candidate delivery and helping generate opportunities for our clients. You'll also work closely with and shadow our Principal Delivery Consultant, gaining hands-on experience and training in a high-performance recruitment environment.

Responsibilities
Candidate Generation
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within specialist markets
- Identify and attract candidates aligned to client requirements
- Headhunt passive candidates through direct outreach
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates

Candidate Management
- Conduct qualification calls and assess suitability
- Manage interview processes from start to finish
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage offers and negotiations
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Recruitment Delivery
- Work closely with consultants and leadership to fill live vacancies
- Prioritise delivery across multiple roles
- Achieve activity and placement targets
- Maintain quality and speed under pressure
- Support reduced time-to-fill across assignments
Market Knowledge
- Develop expertise within Microsoft and AI recruitment markets
- Build credibility with candidates
- Monitor hiring trends, talent availability, and market movement
- Share market insights internally
