What will you be doing?

Recruitment is ultimately a sales role centred around building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Headhunting and engaging top talent within your specialist market
  • Building and developing relationships with candidates and clients
  • Selling Oliver James' services to businesses across Insurance, Banking, Financial Services and Technology
  • Generating leads, referrals and commercial opportunities
  • Managing interview processes from initial briefing through to offer stage
  • Negotiating fees, contracts and offers
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates within your market
  • Learning how to build and manage your own recruitment desk as a business
