Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
Newcastle upon Tyne
£27,600 Base Salary + Uncapped/Unlimited Commission
At Tenth Revolution Group (TRG), we're looking for ambitious people to join our Newcastle team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. With us you will build a career as a specialist recruiter in some of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of technology: Cloud, Data, AI and Cybersecurity.
About the Role
Working in recruitment is not a typical office-based administration role, this is very much a sales career where you will take responsibility for the full end to end sales process, from winning new clients through proactive outbound business development calls, sourcing and screening suitable candidates, to negotiating and closing deals.
Requirements
Although no previous recruitment experience is required, we are looking for people who are hungry, resilient, motivated to work hard and achieve more! We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated success in (but not limited to):

Responsibilities
- On the phone making outbound (cold) calls, winning new business with companies who looking to hire tech talent
- Source and engage high-quality technology professionals
- Advertise and market opportunities
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Building a personal brand and market reputation within your specialist sector
