Junior Recruitment Consultant – 1–3 Years Sales Experience

Location: London | Full-Time | Office-Based

At InterEx Group, we’re looking for ambitious individuals with 1–3 years of sales or business development experience to join us as Junior Recruitment Consultants.

You don’t need recruitment experience; we’ll teach you the industry from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process, including:

  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Business development and winning new business
  • Cold calling and lead generation
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Building your own network within the technology market
  • Negotiating and managing offers
  • Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission

Our Training

You’ll start with our 12-week training programme, designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant.

We don’t expect you to know recruitment.

What we do expect is that you’re driven, competitive, coachable, and willing to put the work in.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in people with 1–3 years of experience in:

  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • B2B Sales
  • Telesales
  • Account Executive roles
  • Door-to-door or field sales
  • Recruitment or resourcing

You should be someone who:

  • Enjoys working towards targets
  • Is confident speaking to new people
  • Isn't afraid of picking up the phone
  • Is motivated by commission and earning potential
  • Handles rejection and setbacks well
  • Wants clear progression
  • Is competitive and ambitious
