Driver Hire Colchester
Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident, and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings, and speak with clients and candidates.
What you'll be doing
- Managing daily and weekly driver bookings
- Calling drivers and confirming assignments
- Speaking with clients about staffing requirements
- Advertising jobs and recruiting new drivers
- Interviewing and registering candidates
- Keeping our CRM and compliance records up to date
- Looking after our existing driver pool
- Supporting business development and marketing
- Joining our week-on, week-off on-call rota once fully trained

What we're looking for
You don't need recruitment experience; attitude and reliability matter more.
You'll need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Organised and able to work at pace
- Proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Comfortable using computers
- A good team player with a sense of humour
- Keen to learn and progress
- Hold a full UK driving licence

What we offer
- Salary: £24,862 per annum
- £100 bonus for each on-call week worked
