Junior Recruitment Consultant
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Employment, Recruiting, and Staffing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and potential candidates, playing a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. The position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop expertise in the recruitment lifecycle. Success in this role requires a blend of persuasive sales abilities, exceptional interpersonal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while traveling as needed to meet client and candidate requirements.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and deliver tailored candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and placement activities within the recruitment management system.
- Travel as necessary to attend career fairs, client meetings, and networking events to expand professional connections and business opportunities.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to fully grasp client expectations and candidate aspirations, ensuring a high-quality match.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of applications and maintain strict adherence to recruitment timelines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies and meet performance targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong active listening capabilities to effectively gather information and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business development and client engagements.
- Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes and the staffing industry.
