Graduate / Junior Recruitment Consultant – GTM & Software Sales

Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Experience: Graduate / Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant (0–2 Years)

From high-growth start-ups to established global software businesses, you'll be recruiting the sales professionals, leaders and revenue-generating talent that help these companies scale.

Your Responsibilities

You'll receive hands-on training and support from experienced recruiters who really understand their market, with the opportunity to develop into a successful, high-billing consultant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and headhunting top talent across Software Sales and GTM markets.
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients across the technology industry.

  • Working towards becoming a specialist recruiter within a high-value, growing market.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're open to two types of individuals:

Recent Graduates: Ambitious, confident and commercially minded individuals looking to kick-start their careers in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required!

Junior Recruiters: Individuals with up to 2 years' recruitment experience who want to move into a more lucrative, specialist market with better training, opportunities and long-term earning potential.

Ideally, you'll be:

  • Confident, personable and a strong communicator.
  • Motivated by success, progression and earning potential.
  • Resilient, competitive and willing to put the work in.
  • Naturally curious with an interest in business, sales or technology.
  • Keen to learn from experienced recruiters and build a long-term career.
