Junior Recruitment Officer – Temporary
Purpose of the Role
To provide temporary recruitment and administrative support to the Human Capital team, with a primary focus on high-volume Call Centre recruitment.
The role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and all recruitment administration and records are accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume Call Centre roles, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, telephonic screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate files, and assist with assessments, background and reference checks, offers, and onboarding administration.
- Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation comply with company policies, requirements, and applicable recruitment governance standards.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 required.
- A relevant HR qualification would be advantageous.
- 1–2 years’ recruitment and/or HR administration experience preferred.
- Exposure to high-volume or Call Centre recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening, would be advantageous.

- Good understanding of basic recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
