Junior Reinsurance Technician (3-Year FTC)
£30,000–£32,000 | London | Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years' experience to join a well-established global insurance business. You'll receive full training while gaining hands-on exposure to reinsurance operations, finance and stakeholder management within a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
- Support the administration of reinsurance agreements and client accounts.
- Process and reconcile financial and policy data.
- Assist with financial reporting and technical accounting activities.
- Produce management information and operational reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

About You
- Degree educated (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or similar preferred).
- Graduates with or without experience, or candidates with up to 1–2 years' office experience.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills.
- Keen to build a career within insurance or financial services.
