Junior Relationship Manager (Sales)

Hyalli · London / Manchester – Hybrid · Full-time

Hyalli is the UK's first centralised rental platform. We are bringing the rental market into one place and partnering with estate and letting agents to promote their listings far beyond their own channels, more eyes on their stock, more enquiries, at no cost to their existing marketing. We are a small, fast-moving team and we are looking for a confident, personable Junior Relationship Manager to grow our agent network.

This is a front-line role for someone who enjoys being on the phone and in front of people, finding agents, winning them over, and seeing them through from first conversation to live listings.

THE ROLE

You will own the agent side of our growth, from first contact through to onboarding, working directly with agency owners, principals and branch managers. No two days are the same, and the role spans the full cycle rather than a single slice of it.

Sales and business development

  • Analysing target company lists to approach
  • Making first contact by phone, email and LinkedIn, moving forward into in-person contact and presentations. This is a direct outreach position.
  • Booking and running product introduction calls and meetings with agency owners and branch managers
  • Pitching the partnership, handling objections and closing the agreement
  • Keeping the CRM accurate and your pipeline visible. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Onboarding and handover

  • Managing the onboarding process end to end once an agent has signed
  • Gathering listings, property data and imagery, and chasing what is missing
  • Being the agent's single point of contact through the setup period
  • Handing over cleanly to the wider team once the agent is live and active
  • Feeding back what you are hearing from agents so we sharpen the offer

Because you carry an agent from cold contact all the way to live listings, the ability to switch between selling and organising matters as much as the sales process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Sales experience in some form, the sector matters less than the fact you have sold and can talk to your numbers
  • An understanding of the UK property market and how agencies actually operate
  • A confident speaker who is comfortable opening cold and holding a conversation with a business owner
  • Quick thinking, able to read a call and adapt the pitch in the moment
  • Genuinely good with people, agents work with someone they like and trust
  • Organised enough to run an onboarding process without being chased
  • Self-motivated, with the resilience to work a list and not be put off by a no
  • Full UK right to work; own laptop and phone
