Role Purpose

Support and coordinate WPS’ management reporting processes across different stakeholder groups, including Business Leaders, senior management, Board and Supervisory Board reporting.

Ensure that reporting is consistent, accurate, timely, and based on reliable information, while contributing to the further development and automation of reporting processes and tools.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Coordinate recurring management and governance reporting processes across WPS
  • Define and maintain reporting standards, templates, timelines, and quality requirements
  • Review and validate reporting inputs for accuracy, plausibility, completeness, and consistency
  • Investigate inconsistencies, unusual developments, or incomplete information and clarify them with the relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate reporting inputs across functions, business lines, regions, and other stakeholders
  • Identify information gaps for new or existing KPIs and support the establishment of appropriate data sources and collection processes
  • Ensure that reported information is structured and presented appropriately for the respective stakeholder group
  • Maintain KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and supporting documentation
  • Support the continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation of reporting processes
  • Contribute to the development of Power BI reporting, automated reporting solutions, and central data/reporting structures

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting, FP&A, controlling, business analytics, consulting, or a comparable role
  • Experience with management reporting, KPI reporting, or recurring reporting processes
  • Experience working with and coordinating inputs from different stakeholders is beneficial
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualisation, or reporting automation is beneficial
  • Possesses a technology-oriented outlook and a willingness to learn, adopt, and champion new digital tools and ways of working.
  • Applies technology, data, and process-improvement experience to support innovation and help build a future-ready organisation.

Educational Background

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to critically assess whether reported information is reasonable and consistent
  • Structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
  • High level of self-organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Proactive approach and willingness to independently identify and resolve issues
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority
  • High-quality standards and willingness to challenge incomplete or inconsistent information
  • Interest in improving, simplifying, and automating reporting processes
  • Ability to understand business drivers behind reported KPIs and management information
