Lambton Capital is looking for a curious, organised person to support company research and day-to-day administration. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn how businesses are researched and how an investment firm works. No previous finance experience is required.
What you’ll do
- Research businesses against clear criteria.
- Prepare short company summaries using publicly available information.
- Keep company records and our internal research system accurate and organised.
- Track relevant company news and industry developments.
- Help prepare meeting materials and organise documents.
- Check facts, include source links and flag information you cannot verify.

What we’re looking for
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Clear written English and confidence researching online.
- Basic spreadsheet skills, or an interest in developing them.
- Reliability and the confidence to ask questions.
- An interest in business and investing.
