About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Retoucher to support the visual quality and consistency of Sisters & Seekers across every customer touchpoint — from website product imagery and campaign assets to organic and paid social content.

This role is all about flawless execution, speed, and attention to detail.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring imagery is clean, high-end, on-brand, and delivered on time for our always-on content engine and campaign calendar. You will be trained on the job learning best practices across a range of retouching tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Retouching & Image Enhancement:

  • Support the e-commerce and campaign retouching by delivering accurate masks across the image including skin, hair and products.
  • Retouch away distractions (creases, flyaways, marks, seams and dust) whilst preserving realism.
  • Ensure image consistency across model and product.
  • Ensure images are straightened and presentable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
