At TFG London

At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our brands to life. All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting!

We’re looking for a Junior Retoucher to join our newly centralised Studio and help deliver high-quality ecommerce imagery across our collective of iconic British fashion brands. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our imagery is consistent, polished and ready to inspire our customers.

Reporting to the Retouch Manager, you’ll work across high-volume on-model, flat-lay and still-life imagery, with opportunities to assist content and campaign work too. This is a great opportunity for a detail-focused retoucher looking to develop their technical skills and grow within a fast-paced, multi-brand studio environment.

Who you’ll be

You’ll have experience in retouching and be proficient using Adobe Photoshop and have a good understanding of colour correction, image consistency and professional retouching techniques.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
