We are looking for a Junior Retoucher to join us! Reporting into the Studio Lead, you'll play an important role in retouching and colour correcting a wide range of cutout, model and lifestyle images - helping to maintain the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

A peek into your daily adventures:

  • Processing and editing images in line with company guidelines and with the guidance and feedback of the Studio Lead and Creative Lead.
  • Liasing with the buying/design/garment tech departments to find samples as needed, match colours and interpret design changes.
  • Retouching a range of images from lifestyles to cutouts to ecom models for various mediums, employing a range of techniques to achieve the desired outcomes - image comping, extending, skin retouching, extensive colour correction and more.
  • Preparing images for upload to the website via a CMS, as well as preparing images for print.
  • Helping to maintain an organised image library.
  • Assisting the Studio Lead with retouch amendments and other image requests.
  • Support the Studio Lead with sending and receiving of files from external agencies or freelance retouchers and QCing them to match company standards.
  • Ensuring that your output is visually consistent and always of a high standard.
  • Managing your own time effectively and meeting deadlines.

Skills that make you shine:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
  • Knowledge of Mac OS and Wacom pen/tablet
  • Familiarity with the latest AI agents and knowledge of AI techniques within the photography sector
  • Basic knowledge of excel
  • Video editing skills are desirable
