We are offering an hourly rate of £8 - £12.71 per hour, plus commission

The Role

Customer Communication

  • Call Routing: Qualify the purpose of incoming calls to efficiently route high-priority leads, technical inquiries, or complaints to the appropriate senior sales executives or account managers.
  • Message Management: Take accurate, detailed messages when team members are unavailable and ensure they are delivered promptly via email or internal chat.
  • Manage Email Correspondence -inbox Triage: Monitor the general sales inbox daily, organising and flagging emails by urgency to ensure no customer inquiry is missed.
  • Draft Standard Responses: Utilize and adapt company templates to reply to routine customer questions quickly and professionally.
  • Follow-Ups: Send proactive follow-up emails to customers regarding pending documentation, order clarifications, or general satisfaction.

Database Maintenance

  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, enquiry history, quotations, orders, and sales activity.
  • Lead Management: Record new leads and enquiries promptly, ensuring they are correctly assigned to the relevant member of the sales team and followed up within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Sales Activity Logging: Accurately record calls, emails, appointments, quotations, and customer follow-ups within the CRM so the wider sales team has a clear view of each customer journey.
  • Data Accuracy: Regularly review customer and sales information to identify missing, outdated, or duplicate records and make corrections where required.
  • Pipeline Support: Assist the sales team in keeping the CRM pipeline organised by updating lead stages, follow-up dates, quotation statuses, and outcomes.
  • Document Management: Ensure relevant customer documentation, quotations, correspondence, and other sales information is correctly recorded and easily accessible.
  • Data Protection: Handle customer information responsibly and in accordance with company procedures and GDPR requirements, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
