Company Description

We’re an ambitious, forward-thinking global business who build transformative solutions for our customers to deliver best-in-class sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. We support our customers with a range of products and services to meet their needs.

This is where you come in. We are on a journey of growth. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology innovation and we invite you along on this journey.

Job Description

About the Role

Are you an ambitious and driven sales professional looking to build a successful career in technology sales?

We are looking for two Business Development Executives to join our growing team. These are office-based, new business-focused roles where you will engage with prospective customers, generate opportunities, and help organisations improve their technology and security environments through Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC email protection.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships, and developing a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of the technology industry. Full training and ongoing development will be provided, making this role suitable for individuals with sales experience who are looking to develop specialist knowledge in technology solutions.

This role is based in the office five days per week and offers a structured environment, hands-on support, and a clear career progression pathway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Engage with business decision-makers to understand their current technology and security challenges.
  • Introduce and position Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings to prospective customers.
  • Book and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with specialist sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Accurately maintain customer records, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Continue developing product and industry knowledge through structured training and coaching.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services across the wider portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
