Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | Entry-Level | On-Site

Looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can develop your communication and sales skills while working directly with customers?

We're expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Junior Sales & Marketing Assistants. This is a hands-on role focused on offline, face-to-face marketing and sales, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in customer engagement, client representation, and customer acquisition.

You don't need previous sales or marketing experience. Full training is provided, so we're looking for people who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and bring a positive approach to their work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing clients through offline, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Speaking directly with customers to introduce products and services.
  • Supporting customer acquisition and sales activity.
  • Building rapport with customers and creating a professional customer experience.
  • Communicating campaign and product information clearly and confidently.
  • Working towards individual and team campaign objectives.
  • Developing your understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues throughout campaign activity.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions can be helpful, but previous experience is not essential.
