The Showroom Ltd is a family-run business that has been helping customers create beautiful bathrooms since 2007. We're proud of our friendly and knowledgeable team, who bring over 100 years of combined experience to the industry.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a successful future in sales and bathroom design.

No previous bathroom industry experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Working alongside an experienced Senior Sales Consultant, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, product knowledge, and project coordination while learning the skills needed to progress within the business.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm (45-minute lunch break)
  • Two Saturdays per month: 8:00am to 1:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll help with:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and sales opportunities
  • Processing customer orders
  • Learning how to prepare technical specifications and quotations
  • Liaising with suppliers to monitor product availability and delivery schedules
  • Coordinating deliveries with customers and internal teams
  • Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Building knowledge of our products, systems, and processes

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Friendly, confident, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • A good communicator with strong people skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Well-presented and professional in a customer-facing environment
  • Holds a full UK driving licence

Experience

Previous sales or bathroom industry experience is welcome but not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
