Junior Sales Consultant
London | £30,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission | Full Training Provided
Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to kick-start a career in sales — even if you’ve never worked in sales before?
Our client is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join their London-based team as a Junior Sales Consultant. This is a genuine entry-level role, built entirely around transferable skills, not previous sales experience. If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys learning, hitting targets, and being rewarded for effort, this could be an ideal opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities
- Booking meetings and supporting the wider sales team
- Learning core sales skills including objection handling, negotiation, and relationship building
- Working towards clear performance targets with structured support and coaching

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Resilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar environments is useful but not required
