Junior Sales Consultant Manchester / Cheshire | Hybrid Working
£25,000–£30,000 Basic Salary + Commission

Our client is a growing business looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Junior Sales Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop their sales and commercial skills, earn commission, and progress within a supportive and performance-driven environment.
You'll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and guidance from experienced sales professionals, giving you everything you need to develop your confidence and succeed in the role.
The Opportunity
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for speaking with customers and prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and helping to drive new business.
You'll develop strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial skills while working towards clear individual and team targets.
No previous sales experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with new and existing customers by phone, email, and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with prospective customers.
- Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to the next stage of the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional business.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations where required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider commercial team.
- Take part in regular sales training, coaching, and development sessions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performing team environment.
