With a strong focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovative design, our products are crafted to elevate both residential and commercial spaces.

We are recruiting for a motivated sales-driven individual, to join our dynamic team. The role provides an exciting opportunity to build and grow our sales portfolio, whilst representing a well-respected brand known for its quality and creativity.

The focus of the role is to help to build and support growth of the Blue Label sales portfolio by managing relationships with interior designers, architects and specifiers, as well as providing office-based support to the team, whilst representing a well-respected brand known for its quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build and foster relationships with interior designers, architects, specifiers, and hospitality professionals to generate leads and convert them into orders.
  • Seek new business opportunities with potential clients with the aim of developing long-lasting relationships.
  • Leverage existing network, industry knowledge, passion, and relationship-building skills to help drive new business whilst maintaining existing client relationships.

Target-Based Sales & Performance

  • Work towards individual sales commission figures to meet set targets and reach Company objectives.
  • Target-driven with a strong sales track record.
  • Capability to work independently with a high level of initiative, as well as having a team player mentality.

Client-Facing Events & Brand Representation

  • Assist with organising and attending marketing and trade events to showcase the Blue Label collection.
  • Meet clients face-to-face, building close working relationships alongside office-based team support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail in the completion and execution of tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding CAD drawings advantageous but not essential; further training provided.

Sales and Administrative Support

  • Offer ad hoc administrative support to our Sales Development Manager.
  • Help manage daily general enquiries via the info mailbox and call queries, directing to relevant contacts where necessary.
  • Ensure product on display in the showroom are displayed always to highest standard.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2-3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the interiors industry, specifically targeting interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail.
