Sales Development Representative - Ecommerce SEO Agency
Remote (UK) | £25,000 base + uncapped commission
About Dhillon's
Dhillon's Digital Marketing is a UK ecommerce-only SEO agency. We work exclusively with online retailers - around 50 stores at present - delivering SEO, AI visibility and conversion work that we're measured on every month. We're a team of eight, fully remote, with a London office opening in 2027, and we've just closed a record quarter. We're hiring a third SDR to help us grow the client base through 2027.
The role
You'll be responsible for booking qualified first meetings with ecommerce business owners and marketing leads through outbound calling. This is a pure outbound role: there are no inbound leads to manage and no account responsibilities.
Day to day, that means:
- outbound dials to a list of fresh ecommerce prospects, researched and loaded ahead of each session
- Qualifying prospects against a clear framework (decision-maker, revenue fit, genuine opportunity) before booking
- A target of 10 booked meetings per month during ramp, rising to 12
- Logging activity daily so your dials, conversations, bookings and show rate are visible to you and the team
- Working within a three-person pod alongside our Lead SDR, with daily coaching, call reviews and live listen-ins

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
