💡 ABOUT US

EdgeComply helps (apparel) brands sell compliant products.

When brands launch products in new markets, they face 100s of rules covering things like chemicals, product safety, environmental requirements, labels, and import requirements. Our job is to help them figure out what applies, what actions they need to take, and work with them to stay compliant.

Why does product compliance matter? Most product regulations exist for a good reason: to protect people and the environment. The problem is that compliance has become increasingly complex. Especially when selling internationally, keeping up with all those requirements is difficult. Missing one can lead to serious fines, product recalls, shipment delays, or even personal liability for company directors.

What is our core target audience? It's mainly product managers at apparel brands (between 10-500 employees) in the UK and North America. They usually don't have an in-house compliance person, have very little compliance expertise, and are worried about legal consequences.

👇 ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full-Time | 🏢 On-Site (London, Design District)

We're hiring a Junior SDR to help us build our outbound sales engine. Your main job is simple: get the right brands talking to us.

You'll spend most of your day on the phone. You'll test different ways to start conversations, from inviting brands to our webinars to pitching our services directly.

Since we're still a startup, that means we test a lot. New scripts, new angles, new ideas. You'll work 1-on-1 with our Founder to review calls, improve your pitch, and find what works. If you want to learn sales fast, get lots of reps, and help build the playbook with us, this is a great fit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🛠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Calling: Make 150 outbound calls to apparel brands each day using our power-dialer, scripts and target lists. This is the core of the job and where you'll spend most of your time.
  • Meeting Booking: Qualify interested brands, book them in for a meeting with our closing team, and make sure they show up.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Chase interested contacts or people who didn't show to calls via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • CRM Hygiene: Keep call notes, dispositions, and follow-ups clean and up-to-date so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Iterate With Us: You'll work directly with our Founder (Jonas) to review your calls for what's working and what isn't. Based on that, we adjust the script and keep iterating.
  • Join Webinars: We host webinars every other week. You'll present small sections, such as the expert introductions, so that our target audience gets to know you.

🎯 WHAT YOU ARE MEASURED BY

  • QUALIFIED MEETINGS BOOKED: The number of qualified meetings you book. A meeting is qualified if the company and contact meet our criteria, have a genuine interest in our service, and attend the meeting.
  • REVENUE CONTRIBUTION: The amount of revenue we're ultimately generating from the meetings you book.

🧠 WHO YOU ARE

  • RESILIENT: Hearing "no" doesn't rattle you. You know it's part of the job and you keep dialling.
  • COACHABLE: You want feedback on your calls, you act on it, and you get better week over week.
  • DISCIPLINED: You hit your call targets because you do the work consistently.
  • WARM ON THE PHONE: Clear, confident, and easy to talk to. People feel comfortable with you quickly.
  • CURIOUS: You actually listen to what brands say about their challenges, not just wait for your turn to talk.
  • CLEAR COMMUNICATOR: You speak and write in clear, professional English.
