Job Role: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Central London (office based, five days a week)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission scheme
Languages: Spanish essential. French and/or Portuguese highly desirable
Status: Full time, permanent
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview

An entry-level opportunity for a multilingual, commercially driven candidate to begin a career in luxury sales with a fast-expanding global brand. Based full time in our central London office, the role is focused on generating and qualifying new business through outbound social media and messaging outreach, and on supporting our senior Sales Executives across the full sales cycle. Spanish is essential: a significant part of our client base and target market sits across Spain, Latin America and the wider Spanish-speaking football world, and French or Portuguese will open further markets to you. This is a genuine development role with a clear path to Sales Executive. You will learn how HNWI and VIP clients are won and kept, take increasing ownership of your own accounts and targets, and travel alongside a senior colleague to client consultations and hand deliveries as you progress. This is an office-based role: you will be in the office with the sales team every day, other than when travelling to clients. Flexibility is essential as your schedule will be client-driven.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
