Amber Lounge is the world's most exclusive after-party in global motorsport, delivering luxury hospitality experiences in Monaco, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi since 2003. We bring together global business leaders, celebrities, and motorsport enthusiasts through VIP hospitality, live entertainment, and premium brand partnerships. Amber Lounge is part of ICON1C, Asia's leading luxury experience platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Singapore sales team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a career in luxury events and high-end hospitality, working directly with high-net-worth clients, corporate decision-makers, and premium brands.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing sales across our Singapore event portfolio. This is a revenue-generating role with uncapped commission - your earnings grow with your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking)
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain a personal pipeline of corporate and private clients
- Conduct client meetings (in person and virtual) to present packages, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, pricing presentations, and bespoke client packages
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and client entertainment to build relationships and represent the Amber Lounge brand
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the events and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of client experiences
- Provide post-event follow-up and client feedback to drive repeat business and referrals

What We Are Looking For
- 0-1 years of sales or business development experience (fresh graduates with strong commercial instincts are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident speaking with senior executives and high-net-worth individuals
- Hungry, self-motivated, and target-driven - you want to earn and are comfortable being measured on results
- Professional presentation and personal brand - you represent a luxury brand
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building relationships from scratch
- Organised and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-up
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in luxury hospitality, events, or motorsport is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Mandarin) are a plus
