Junior Wholesale Executive – Contemporary Fashion

Fashion Wholesale | Permanent

A leading contemporary fashion agency/distributor is looking for a proactive, confident, and personable Junior Wholesale Executive to join their central London team, working closely with the Wholesale Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2+ year’s fashion wholesale experience who is organised, commercially minded, and keen to develop their career within a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role includes:
- Securing appointments and managing the seasonal sales diary
- Supporting wholesale sales and client development across key markets
- Managing orders and confirmations via NuORDER
- Maintaining client databases and prospecting for new business
- Liaising with agents and distributors
- Supporting product reporting and sales appointments
- Ensuring excellent communication and client service
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, personable, and proactive
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong administratively with good Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
- A positive team player who can also work autonomously
- Professional, well presented, and commercially aware
- Knowledgeable about contemporary fashion markets
- Additional language skills are a bonus
