The Role

We're hiring a Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team and grow into an independent, self-sufficient sales role. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the sales function in a growing company, well suited to a recent graduate or someone at the start of their professional journey who wants to build a career in sales.

You'll start by learning the job alongside our sales team, shadowing and assisting. As you find your feet, you'll take on your own leads and responsibilities, and progress to running the full sales cycle yourself. You'll be given real ownership early, and how quickly you take it on is up to you.

What You'll Do

  • Attend trade shows and events, first shadowing and assisting while you learn, later running them independently.
  • Own leads, and build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and prospect using data, through channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and Amazon market data and client lists.
  • Create social media content, generate engagement, and run outreach.
  • Progress to owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to conversion and post-conversion relationship management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
