Junior Sales Executive

Salary: £26,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Location: Glasgow (Office-Based)

Interview Process: One-stage hiring event

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The Role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and introducing solutions that help improve the efficiency of their business operations.

Working in a supportive and target-driven environment, you'll receive ongoing coaching and development while building confidence in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through a combination of inbound and outbound calls
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning
  • Present products and services confidently and professionally
  • Follow proven sales processes while developing your own personal style
  • Accurately maintain customer records and activity on internal systems
  • Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional business and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-focused
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Previous sales experience is not essential. We are looking for motivated individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
