Job Title: Junior Salesperson / Sales Executive

Location

£25,000 + commission/OTE

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career to develop core B2B sales skills within a supportive, target-driven environment. You'll be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from first contact through to close, working closely with senior members of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new business leads through outbound calls, email, and social selling (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Qualifying inbound enquiries and booking meetings/demos for senior sales staff
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects using the CRM
  • Researching target companies and identifying key decision-makers
  • Supporting the wider sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and administration
  • Attending client meetings and product demos to learn the sales process
  • Meeting weekly/monthly activity targets (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Staying up to date on the company's products/services and market position

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years' experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role (industry experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • A genuine interest in building a career in sales
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft/Google Office tools (desirable)
