Previous sales experience is not required. We are looking for dependable people who communicate confidently, enjoy working towards targets and want to build the skills, experience and leadership ability needed to progress within a growing business.
A working week at Lumen Partners
Each day starts with a campaign briefing and focused coaching. You will then work alongside the team on live customer activity across Liverpool, introducing client products and services, understanding customer needs and developing the communication skills required to succeed in a commercial environment.
- Regular reviews throughout the week will help you identify what is working, where conversations can be improved and how your results are progressing.
- The focus is on consistent, practical development, giving you the opportunity to build the foundations of a successful sales and management career.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Build professional relationships through face-to-face conversations
- Develop strong sales, communication and customer acquisition skills
- Learn presentation, negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Set personal goals and review performance with a mentor
- Develop the confidence and leadership skills required for progression
- Represent each client in line with the required tone and standards
Pay and Schedule
This is a full-time role based in Liverpool L3, working Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Guaranteed weekly base pay starts from £400, with commission of £40 to £100 per completed sale. Immediate interviews are available.
Who this could suit
Applicants may have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, recruitment, sport or another role involving regular interaction with people. Graduates, career changers and candidates looking to build their first substantial commercial career are all welcome to apply.
