What you’ll do:
- Grow the business, your way — expand our client base and broaden our product portfolio with them, shaping pricing strategies that make sense for both sides
- Be the go-to person — act as the main link between clients and our internal teams, making sure every project lands smoothly from idea to implementation
- Own your accounts — track performance, spot pain points before they become problems, chase new opportunities, and keep your sales forecasts sharp and realistic
- Spot what's next — identify fresh business opportunities and turn them into real contracts
- Build real relationships — get to know your clients inside and out, and design tailored solutions that actually fit their needs
- Bring the creativity — design, launch, and evaluate promotional plans for each client
- Get out in the field — visit stores and clients face-to-face to assess needs, promote products, and set up POS materials
- Coach and inspire — train store sales teams to sell our products with confidence

Who we’re looking for:
- A salesperson's instinct — you're a natural closer with a go-getting attitude and a genuine drive to grow the business profitably
- People skills that open doors — you connect easily and build trust fast
- Independence — you're a self-starter who thrives without someone looking over your shoulder
- Curiosity — you're always learning, always asking "what's next?"
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills (C2 English; other EU languages are a real plus)
- Sales experience in bedding or furniture is a bonus, not a must
- A valid driving license
