The Opportunity
Bunset & Co. is expanding its Manchester team following continued growth and new client partnerships. We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Manager who wants to build a career across sales, leadership and business development.
This is an entry-level management development role, so previous management experience isn't required. You’ll receive structured training and 1-to-1 coaching while gaining practical experience working alongside an allocated team.
The Role
You’ll develop your understanding of sales, customer engagement, campaign performance and team development through hands-on experience.
The role includes face-to-face customer engagement, professional brand representation and supporting live campaigns. As you develop, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for coaching, performance and team coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Support the delivery of marketing and sales campaigns
- Work alongside your team during live activity
- Develop commercial and sales knowledge
- Support and coach newer team members
- Set and track team objectives
- Monitor performance and identify improvements
- Provide feedback and lead by example
- Develop your leadership and team coordination skills

Training & Progression
You’ll receive hands-on training covering sales communication, campaign performance, coaching, leadership and performance management.
As your experience and performance develop, there are opportunities to progress into greater responsibility across sales management, team leadership, coaching, campaign coordination and business development.
Working Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Manchester City Centre, combining customer-facing activity with training, coaching and team development.
