Junior Sales Manager (UK & IR)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Sales Manager (UK & IR) based in United Kingdom.

This remote opportunity is ideal for an ambitious sales professional eager to develop business across the UK and Irish markets. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial success through strategic account management. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Accountabilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities across the UK and Ireland by growing existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Manage account performance by monitoring results, identifying improvement opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and convert prospects into successful business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate promotional activities tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Conduct regular customer and store visits to assess business opportunities, promote products, and support point-of-sale initiatives.
  • Deliver product training and sales guidance to retail teams to maximize commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong business acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level); additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Experience within the bedding, furniture, or consumer goods industry is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client and store visits.
