About Launchone80 Partners
Launchone80 Partners works with established brands to support sales, customer acquisition and business growth through direct customer engagement.
We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing London team as Junior Sales & Marketing Associates, with full training provided from the beginning.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development while developing skills that can support a long-term career.
- You'll work alongside experienced team members on live client campaigns, learning how to communicate with customers, represent brands effectively and contribute to campaign growth.
- No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide the training; your attitude, consistency and willingness to learn are what matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through direct customer engagement
- Support customer acquisition and sales campaigns across London and nationwide
- Build professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop communication, presentation and sales skills
- Learn practical marketing and business development strategies
- Work towards individual and team performance objectives
- Receive ongoing coaching from experienced team members
Who We're Looking For
This role could suit someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people
- Motivated, reliable and willing to learn
- Positive and proactive in their approach
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working within a team
- Interested in developing a career in sales, marketing or business development
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, recruitment, sports or other customer-facing environments can be useful, but isn't essential.
