We're looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
This could be a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn, take on real responsibility, and develop their experience in B2B technology sales and marketing.
We're a UK technology company providing software solutions to businesses in the transport and logistics sector. We're a relatively small team, and that means you won't spend your first year watching from the sidelines β you'll have the opportunity to get involved in the real sales and marketing process from the start.
What you'll be involved in:
- Finding and researching potential customers
- Supporting sales campaigns and approaching new prospects
- Following up with prospects and existing customers
- Creating marketing and social media content
- Helping prepare product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
- Learning our products and understanding the business problems they solve
- Attending meetings with customers and prospective customers
- Occasionally travelling within the UK to visit customers, prospects, and industry events
- Working directly with experienced members of our team

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
