Playbook Direct is recruiting Junior Sales & Marketing Executives for our Leadership Track. You'll begin with hands on experience in customer engagement and sales while developing the skills needed to progress into team support, training and leadership.
What you'll be doing
You'll learn the fundamentals of:
- Customer engagement
- Sales and customer acquisition
- Brand representation
- Campaign delivery
- Communication
- Performance management
You'll work directly with customers and receive regular training and coaching.

You don't need previous management experience.
We're looking for someone who:

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment or customer service is welcome.

The Leadership Track
Progression is based on your development and performance.
As you gain experience, you can work towards: Customer Engagement → Team Support → Training → Leadership
You'll receive support throughout the process and take on more responsibility as you develop.
