Who We Are
ERG Media is an independent publisher of high-design luxury books, working with brands like Porsche, Grand Seiko, and Acqua di Parma. Our books sit in premium bookstores and lifestyle retailers around the world and our wholesale business is growing fast, especially in the US.
We're building a leaner, smarter B2B operation, and we need someone to help run it.
The Role
This is a hybrid commercial + operations role. Half of it is owning and growing a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts, building pipeline, running outreach, and closing orders. The other half is making the machine behind those orders work: coordinating warehouse fulfilment, managing international shipments, and keeping the export and customs process clean.
You'll report to the Sales Manager and sit at the centre of a process we're actively redesigning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of narrow-liner wholesale accounts, from prospecting and outreach through to closing
- Run the logistics — coordinate with our warehouse and fulfilment partners so orders ship accurately and on time
- Manage international shipping and export — prepare and check customs paperwork, work with freight forwarders and brokers, and keep goods moving cleanly across borders
- Keep the data clean — own the CRM, the store-finder listing, and consignment stock reporting
- Keep customers happy — handle order confirmations, stock and shipping updates, and day-to-day account queries without the back-and-forth
Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations
- Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination (working with 3PLs, managing stock and fulfilment)
- Practical experience exporting goods internationally — customs documentation, freight forwarders, Incoterms, commodity codes, and cross-border duties
- Strong written English and a genuinely organised, detail-first way of working
- Confidence doing outbound outreach and following up like a professional
